This Privacy Policy applies to the Parkirk mobile application ("Parkirk" or "the App"), published on Google Play by HayApp ("we", "our", or "the developer").

HayApp is committed to protecting your privacy and providing transparent information about how data is processed when you use Parkirk.

1. No User Accounts

Parkirk does not require a user account, login, or registration.

We do not require you to provide your name, email address, telephone number, or other contact details in order to use the App.

2. Information We Process

When you perform a search using Parkirk, our server may automatically process and temporarily log the following information:

• IP Address: Used for technical purposes, including routing requests and preventing abuse of our service.
• Operating System: Used to understand the technical environment in which Parkirk is used and to help maintain and improve compatibility and performance.
• Search Queries and Results: The text entered by the user and the resulting translation may be logged for statistical purposes, troubleshooting, and improvement of the translation service.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process this information for the following purposes:

• Service Operation and Maintenance: To operate Parkirk, monitor server functionality, and identify and resolve technical problems.
• Improvement and Development: To understand the use of the translation service and improve the translation database and functionality.
• Security: To detect, prevent, and investigate automated attacks, abuse, or other misuse of our infrastructure.

4. Data Retention

We apply the principle of data minimization.

The server log data described above is automatically deleted after 14 days. We do not intend to retain this information permanently.
